GIVEN I'm a user
WHEN I try a random number for CPF/CNPJ
THEN I should receive an error

BECAUSE our system doesn't allow random fucking CPF/CNPJ and #nadaacontecefeijoada user clicks a lot, floods, get angry and go away.
