FEVS v2.3, fixed a major crash

The second public update.

Changes :

• Fixed a crash that occured when launching the software
• Fixed a minor bug that makes everything crash if you try to list events without a workingdir path.

Known bugs :

• After loading a new .fevs file, you can double click in the treeview of the List Event window which is not a wanted behaviour.

First github release

This is the first github release of this project.
Please keep in mind that i'm not a professional programmer, so this software might contain a lot of bugs, i'm also the only one working on this, so it's not perfect.

Known bugs :

• In the List Events window, if you try to use it without putting a Working Directory Folder Path, the window will crash. This will be fixed in the next version.

Disclamer :
Do not use this software to replace your evs file, it's not made for it at the moment, but will be in a future version.
Only use the .sevs to replace the data in your modding tool. (dev-tools)
