`select_taxa` errors where length(query) > 1 if number of columns in returned data doesn't match #41

e.g. select_taxa(c("Animalia", "Fungi"), children = TRUE) produces

Error in data.table::rbindlist(lapply(out_data$taxon_concept_id, function(x) { : 
  Item 2 has 8 columns, inconsistent with item 1 which has 9 columns. To fill missing columns use fill=TRUE.
