Running grails-war results in error:

Error WAR packaging error: /Users/dos009/Documents/ALA-code/generic-hub-/target/work/resources/grails-app does not exist.

It looks like this is due to the removal of the i18n directory - see https://jira.grails.org/browse/GRAILS-11367.

Fix is to re-instate the i18n directory and add an empty messages.properties file.
