What I did

Visited the example page:
http://gov-au-ui-kit.apps.staging.digital.gov.au/examples/index.html

What browser and device I was using

Windows 7, IE9

What I expected to see

Normally functioning menu toggles.

What I saw

The global nav was collapsed, but there was no toggle to let me open and close it.
