• Add support for animating the taskbar progress bar.
• Better error message when the disk image is truncated.
• Enable visual styles, so dialog boxes look slightly more pretty.

Bug fixes:

• Fix integer overflow when reading from large disk images

Inital proof of concept

Basic functionality of writing USB disk images to thumb drives is working. At least for SmartOS disk images.
