Querying abprops with "protocol: 1" is no longer used, and returns 404 forbidden

If anyone is suffering from "dead sessions", try this PR on a dead session and let me know if your session starts receiving updates again

Dead sessions are sessions that don't receive updates anymore, like chatstate, message updates and all the other nodes, like #485 and #458
