Add behavior to assign already created object on recursion

Example:

class ClassA 
{
    public ClassB B {get;set;}
}

class ClassB
{
    public ClassC C {get;set;}
}

class ClassC
{
	public ClassA A{get;set;}
}

I would like to make AutoFixture to do something like this:

// Create ClassA
var a = new ClassA();
	// Create ClassB
	var b = new ClassB();
		// Create ClassC
		var c = new ClassC();
		// Recursion detected here - let's assign to something what we created earlier.
		c.A = a;
	b.C = c;
a.B = b;

That would make it much easier to create EF models with navigation properties.

Open questions:

• What should happen if recursion happens in constructor? (Probably omit or throw)
• What should happen if recursion happens in collections? (Probably create collection with single element)
