AutoRA Model Disagreement Experimentlist

The model disagreement experimentlist identifies experimental conditions $\vec{x}' \in X'$ with respect to a pairwise distance metric between theorist models, $P_{M_{i}}(\hat{y}, \vec{x}')$:
