Outliner - "Load" or "Load with Descendants" unselects prims

Describe the bug
In the Outliner, when loading a prim using "Load" or "Load with Descendants", it unselects the selected prims.

A few observations:

• If there are multiple prims selected, all of them will be unselected.
• If there is a native Maya node selected and a prim, it will unselect the prim but maintain the selected Maya node.
• "Unload" maintains the selection.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open kitchen_set_instanced
2. Navigate to |Kitchen_set_instanced|Kitchen_set_instancedShape,/Kitchen_set/Props_grp/DiningTable_grp/KitchenTable_1
3. Select the KitchenTable_1
4. Unload the KitchenTable_1 (it maintains the selection)
5. Load the KitchenTable_1 (it unselects the KitchenTable_1)

Expected behavior
We would expect "Load" and "Load with Descendants" to not impact the user's selection. We would expect it to behave like "Unload."
