It seems that with 22.6 and 23.2.3 some elements miss type parameters that are mapped with user defined property sets. I have not tested with property sets using schedules. It has only happened for floors with constant thickness with extreme modify sub-elements and all stairs. It seems be related to the missing IFC type parameters listed below. Instance parameters are ok. In 22.4.2 it is ok.

This is still the case in 23.3.1 for slabs with extreme modified subelements. For stairs it is fixed. I reckon this is somewhat the same as #issue #608. Due to the missing type it is missing all type parameters.
