Update packages for Gutenberg 16.7.1 (#240)

* Bump all packages

* Remove arial font

* Remove yJS

* Fix some linting issues

* Use new VisualEditor code

Without this we dont get alignment options

* Fix linting

* Fix the top toolbar mode

The setting changed within Gutenberg

* Update build files

* Downgrade storybook

It’s causing ES6 errors during `yarn test`

* Disable e2e console check

Somehting in Gutenberg seems to be tripping it
