The "Add" button in the Profile Links section is missing a space between the + icon and text:

visdiff-add-nospace

Previously (with space):

visdiff-add-space

See #23068 for the preferred fix for button spacing issues. cc @iamtakashi

Confirmed in latest Chrome/Safari/Firefox on macOS
