The following PR's need to be merged and deplyoed in the following order before we deploy the new Reading Settings to PROD:

• Reading Settings: Rename 'Default posts page' default option to 'None' #72709
• Reading Settings: Uptake the dropdown-page api's change in its response format #72706
• Reading Settings: Unset page_for_posts when page_on_front is changed to default #72852
• Reading Settings: Update Reading settings fallback menu URL #72862
• Reading Settings: Enable settings/modernize-reading-settings feature flag in production #72861

Dependents - After Deploying to PROD

Status: ✅ Done

• Reading Settings: Request documentation update for new settings on the new settings page #73153

Deploy for Simple sites

Status: ✅ Done

• Reading Settings: Enable the calypso_use_modernized_reading_settings backend feature flag in prod (Simple sites only) #72864

Deploy for Atomic sites

Status: ✅ Done

• Reading Settings: Enable the calypso_use_modernized_reading_settings feature flag in PROD (Atomic sites) #73047

Deploy for Jetpack sites

Status: ✅ Done

The new Reading Settings will be available for Jetpack sites with the next monthly release of Jetpack.
