Hi @Akash-Ramjyothi, thanks for contributing. I think this is for the success / error notifications that appear at the top of the screen after doing an action. I think the spacing from the top of the screen is a subjective design matter, have you got some comparison screenshots or some explanation on how this improves the UI? |

This PR increases the top margin of the .global-notices class on screens wider than 660px from 16px and 24px to 64px, respectively. This is done to improve the user interface and the user experience.
