Proposed Changes
Small PR to update the Help Center endpoints in ETK. This was broken into a smaller patch to avoid fatal errors during deploy.
Why are these changes being made?
Removing unnecessary code from Help Center
Testing
No testing steps. This has already been tested, just broken into a second PR to avoid deploy problems. See #91880
