remove MiniSSDPd

The service MiniSSDPd has been removed via apt pinning.
Who performs the test should verify that the package is not installed anymore on Freepto.
This can be done with

dpkg -l  minissdpd

The following img file could be used for the test:
http://dev.freepto.mx/dev/vinc3nt/2014-06-09_17.03_v0.1.2-STABLE-80-gdcb71ab-it_IT.UTF-8/

qemu/virtualbox is enough, but you can use physical usb if you so prefer

Ok, I can confirm that this works; it is also already in avana-bbs/master so we can close this issue
