This PR is for the
EventTrackerProvidercomponent anduseEventTrackerhook. They are in preliminary phases right now. My plan is to add the new telemetry api instead of the console.logs, ands then add these functions to the components we want.Right now there are only functions for
click,focus, andblur. We can add more as we see fit.
