Used to hash files using the Tiger Tree Hash, written in Java.
This program has two different option ThrexOptimized and ThexThreaded, ThexThreaded makes use of multi threading which significantly improves performance for large files.
Using the threading implementation the hashing process hits a hardware read limit of the disk.
