What is the problem / what does the code in this PR do
We changed the rundocs to have None entries. This of course does not go well with doing datatime operations.
Can you briefly describe how it works?
Don't compute livetime for incomplete rundocs.
Can you give a minimal working example (or illustrate with a figure)?
This command was broken and now fixed as per this PR:
