What is the problem / what does the code in this PR do
In this PR we fix an issue that the subruns of a superrun would be copied to a new storage frontend although they already exists in a different one.
Expected behavior is, that only the superrun is stored to the new frontend.
Added test to confirm now the correct behavior.
