[Feature] : URL action to USE an item

We will consider this.
But since the logic of using the item is not completely independent at the moment (it is coupled with the inventory page).

If we need to provide a UI-less "use item" action, we need some time to process it.

Hey!

Sorry for the wait.

We added an API for using items in v1.93.0-rc02. It is UI-less and is ideal for extensions.

We will also consider adding a UI operation to jump to the "use" item pop-up window in future versions.
