Baubles are not going into their slots #341

I have two mods that add baubles into the game. Cyclic and Bountiful Baubles.
Whenever I try to put a bauble into a slot (Even the slots they're supposed to go into) it doesn't equip the bauble.
I have no idea what is causing this.
