Fixed the cd commands in the workflows

Minimal steps to reproduce

Workflows with cd commands are failing after the #138 refactoring

Mention any other details that might be useful

The cd commands didn't get changed after the #138 refactoring. So, instead of cd ../.. they should have been updated to cd ../../..
