PR Summary

As part of the regression tests for 0.8.6;

IF a User Assigned Identity is NOT created, then this error is encountered

The Resource 'Microsoft.ManagedIdentity/userAssignedIdentities/id-aks-az-adhocsim' under resource group was not found
