- Updates to Arc module to use powershell, Initialize-AideArc updated to install Az Powershell modules required
- Quickstart script updates and documentation
- mars support for server sku
- Added network and vpn info in the Get-PCHostInfo function
- refactored arc for server functions for proper status information
