Simplify the AAD onboarding and integration user experiencing reducing the number of steps and day-2 requirements.

Is this feature really GA? It seems like there is something wrong with it according to MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs#59359, plus I'm facing problems when trying to fix problems with the azurerm TF provider

@aristosvo: deployment is deplayed. You still require preview flags.

Has this actually been released to GA yet? The release notes state it has, but I still get errors about needing the preview flag

Which region?

Have you noticed the header on the rel notes? Until the 7th some regions are still receiving the release.
