Azure Load Balancer support for IP-based backend pool management for SLBs connected to AKS Clusters.

This will improve the performance of creating new LB backed services, update LB backend pools with new nodes when scaling the clusters/nodepools.

Load balance to resources in Azure via your private IPv4 or IPv6 addresses using Standard Load Balancer.Enables flexibility to preconfigure a backend pool with a private IP address before resources are created.

Hi, does anyone have information about this feature's development timeline? It looks like it may be in public preview, based on the AKS Roadmap? If there is a public preview I would be happy to test this and provide feedback, if this would help. Even pointing me to documentation explaining when this is likely to be developed and released would be helpful. Thanks!
