Module: Check modules for missing diagnostic settings implementation & add it

A lot of our modules have diagnostic Settings implemented. However, there is a fair chance some of them are missing that implementation even though their deployed service(s) do support it.

For those modules we should add the implementation as per the documentation.

A good start would be to check which modules are missing the feature and then implement it module by module.
