[Modules] Update Microsoft.DesktopVirtualization RP modules API version

Closes #2705
Update to latest non preview all modules under Microsoft.DesktopVirtualization RP
No new property added from change log, although some may have been available already before and missing from the modules.
Opening a new issue to investigate how to add msix properties to appGroup/applications
