acr helm import

What happened?:

the acr import story does not feel that complete for those using acr helm repos provided we can not import packages as well

This is more like a feature request.

Currently import is only for docker images. As we are working towards supporting Helm charts as native docker images for Helm V3, I am not sure if we can commit on this.

Agreed. However, we’re moving from a model where each type needs an api to an artifact registry.

With this direction, we’d like to add an Import command that can import any artifact.
