Running az ssh vm works fine on Apple Silicon, but az ssh arc returns Unsuported architecture: arm64 is not currently supported

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using az ssh vm works for internal IP's, but would need either az ssh arc or a VPN solution for accessing servers outside the network
