AZDO pass secret to bicep parameters file

I'm getting the below error.
I've set the secret variable and mapped it via the yaml.
Still getting the same error.

This may have been a PBKAC. Turns out the secret was never included in the params file in the first place. The error may have been because the secret was not passed into the agent environment, but it could have also easily been because I missed adding the secret into the params file when I was doing local testing.

The fix is one of two things, the secret variable name needs to be all CAPs like how the existing parameters and variables are set AND the secret needs to be listed in the parameters file.
