Update hooks documentation with samples and details.

Mention how azd env is injected into hooks, and how hooks can mutate the environment for azd.

@vhvb1989 - Please document this feature. It doesn't seem to be mentioned in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/developer/azure-developer-cli/manage-environment-variables or https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/developer/azure-developer-cli/azd-extensibility
