Resolves #3040
Fixes an issue where if
AZURE_ENV_NAME
does not exist within the .env file then downstream operations will fail when looking up resource group or service names.GetEnvName()
toName()
SetEnvName()
functionAZURE_ENV_NAME
is always synchronized to the loaded environment name.
