Upgrade PowerShell Worker 7.2 to 4.0.3070 (Release Notes: https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-powershell-worker/releases/tag/v4.0.3070).
Upgrade PowerShell Worker 7.4 to 4.0.3030 (Release Notes: https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-powershell-worker/releases/tag/v4.0.3030).
