  • Refactor step presentation for Pre-Flight stage
    • Also tweak how the "Deploy IoT Operations" stage looks.
  • Adds an (asterisk) indicator for which step is in work.

  • Backfills some gaps in presentation layer unit tests.
  • Changes how disabling pre-flight stage works. Uses env var over CLI parameter to reduce visibility and disincentivize usage.
  • The generated test only CA + key do not get written to disk by default. Instead the user must use --ca-dir i.e. --ca-dir .
  • Swaps green variable indicators with cyan.
