Temporarily disabling the following hanging tests from Provisioning E2E:

  • ProvisioningDeviceClient_ValidRegistrationId_AmqpWs_Tpm_RegisterOk
  • ProvisioningDeviceClient_InvalidGlobalAddress_Register_Amqp_Fail
  • ProvisioningDeviceClient_InvalidIdScope_Register_AmqpWs_Tpm_Fail

@alextolp @rajeevmv PTAL - These started failing on my parental leave so I don't have context...
Did anything change on the service side with respect to WS or is this caused by netcore21?
