Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes. If the customer has already authenticated via az-cli then he/she should be able to use that credentials to login using the JS sdk.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use az-cli to get credentials and then use that in the sdk. This provides a seamless user experience.

Additional context
Other language sdks like python, go, java, C# already do this.

Please take a look at the actual issue reported by several customers over Azure/azure-sdk-for-node#2284.
