Java SDK has the same problem, we need to be consistent here.

The method already accepts an options class, but needs a BlobServiceOptions implemented and leaseId put into it.

I think Jason recalls for the correct solution in the bug description. The leaseId is not required or even options (IOW useless) only when calling breakLease
