Update labs with Kubernetes version 1.11.1

Allows to set the Kubernetes version to 1.11.1 when creating the cluster + refresh accordingly the labs + fixes different issue related mainly with RBAC enabled by default from 1.10+.

• Update labs with Kubernetes version 1.11.1. (at this time, with 1.11.1 it will allow to use 1.11.2 for the upgrade lab)
• Fix issues (which should be closed then):
  • Ingress Controllers Lab - Helm ingress install fails on AKS due to RBAC  #99
  • OSBA Lab should state min K8s version #92
  • Version 1.7.7 in Lab 03 of Day 1 non longer supported in az cli #104
  • Error: {ClusterServiceClassExternalName:"azure-cosmosdb-mongo-account"} does not exist #98
  • OSBA Cosmos Class Missing #89
• Use code (Visual Studio Code) instead of vi which is now available in the Azure Cloud Shell
• Update Helm version used (via the Azure Cloud Shell mainly used in the associated labs) to 2.10.0
• No need to delete the db deployment for the Ingress lab
• CosmosDB was enabled with OSBA 0.11.0 (rk: tried with 1.0.1 were it should be re-enabled, but it's not working yet)
• Simplify the Virtual Kubelet/ACI Connector setup with the az aks install-connector command

Note: I have not been through nor updated the Prometheus/Grafana lab which looks like broken now because of using very old versions/concepts... more job to do in another PR with Core OS Prometheus Operator?
