hey, in previous versions we didn`t have to load the submodules (git submodule init git submodule update). When the repo where cloned (https://github.com/Azure/caf-terraform-landingzones-platform-starter/blob/main/.devcontainer/setup.sh it could be useful to initial and update the submodules too in the setup.sh?
