• Register data csv file as data asset at the beginning of deploy training pipeline before pipeline run.
• AML training pipeline reads data from registered data asset.
• Update scripts prep.py & test_prep.py to take data asset into consideration.

@maggiemhanna can you redo this PR as your devops and aml pipelines still include the RAI steps, and the ones in main-dec31 don't (the RAI example has been moved to a separate folder without our examples)
