PR into Azure/mlops-v2

Checklist

I have:

  • read and followed the contributing guidelines

Fixes

  • there's not data directory -> breaks sparse checkout, (fixed by Implement NLP summarization online deployment #57 )
  • there's no ref: main in deploy-model-training-pipeline.yml in section repositories (see other pipelines), breaks substitution.
  • the paths to the config-infra yaml file is wrong
