These docs accompany the code in BEAST-Fitting/beast-examples#20, and describe running things on XSEDE. Happy to add more detail or clarify anything if that would be helpful.

Leaving this as a draft until everything in BEAST-Fitting/beast-examples#20 is finalized.

@karllark do you know why the bullet formatting isn't working? I've tried a few different things, without success. I'm trying to do bullets within the enumerated list, which the internet says should be possible (e.g., this)

(Also, the link test is failing because it refers to code that won't exist until the other PR is merged)

I see bullet formatting at https://beast--688.org.readthedocs.build/en/688/xsede.html. So, what is not working?

Huh, I guess it is working now! I wonder if there was some cache or something that wasn't updating when I tried to check before.
