Breakable Grating

Exactly like breakable glass, except grating.
It could probably be easily combined with the existing breakable glass, if that exists yet.

I couldn't do that the same way, so it won't let you break specific parts. You need code access to allow func_breakable_surf to have a grate variant (co-existing with the originals). - TeamSpen210

I suppose if that kind of breakage isn't possible, we could always do the whole-pane-breaks-at-once thing that breakable glass used to do.

Or each 128-unit section could be breakable separately, which I think is possible.
