Reclined and Standing Fizzlers mysteriously erase portals when walking in certain places near them #2112

When entering the red area as seen in the screenshot below, your portals will mysteriously be erased, even if you're not touching the actual fizzler. This isn't the case with the vanilla fizzler item.

This bug is also present on the Standing Fizzler, but in a slightly different form - portals are erased when walking near the bottom of the pillars.

@Luke18033 This is actually intentional to prevent portals from being placed in that area to prevent exploits.

But is shouldn't be clearing portals mysteriously or other stuff like that.

Now fixed, now that area will block portals, but does not fizzle portals or cubes.
