No more triple-messages from thirsty Piazza bot.
2. New feature: threaded responses (#2)
Now you can configure Piazza bot to respond as a threaded reply to whatever message triggered it. See the REPLY_AS_THREAD config variable and update your Heroku environment variables accordingly.
Additionally, even if you don't set REPLY_AS_THREAD to true, Piazza bot will still reply within a thread if the message that triggered the bot was already inside a thread. Neato!
