I seems like we may missing a timepoint in the exporter: it goes from 1 to 19 in imagej while ithe dataset should have 20 timepoints

to confirm...

I tested the current version on a dataset with 10 timepoints and 4 channels. All 10 are present in the exported image using the interactive command. Closing for now

It could be linked to a missing timepoint at the start or end of the dataset.
Eg. the first timepoint failed and thus no file is present during the export.
As we use the available files mentionned in the .xml file, missing files would not show up, so we cannot currently assess if the first or last dimensions are missing I think.

It would be nice to check this once we have a dataset that matches this issue again
