Add Autotools configure.ac and Makefile.am to build BLAKE2 b2sum program, kat programs and test programs.

To use the files, copy them to the root directory and autoreconf. Something like this:

$ cd BLAKE2
$ cp -r contrib/autotools/* ./
$ autoreconf --install --force
$ ./configure
$ make
$ make check
$ make install

The files tested good on BSD, OS X, Linux, Solaris on ARMv7, i686, x86_64, PowerPC.
